
Dr. Groves, originally from Thomasville, Georgia, attended Berry College in Rome, Georgia for his undergraduate training, where he graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science in chemistry in 1996. He then attended Mercer University School of Medicine in Macon, Georgia and graduated with a M.D. in 2001. After medical school, his internship and general surgery residency was completed in 2006 at the Medical Center of Central Georgia. Dr. Groves continued his training at the University of Tennessee in Memphis with a burn fellowship from 2006 to 2007. He completed his training in plastic and reconstructive surgery in 2009 at the University of Tennessee in Memphis.
Dr. Groves brings not only his expertise in the field of plastic and reconstructive surgery, but he also brings care and compassion to each patient visit.
With integrity and honesty, Dr. Groves consults with every patient to help them achieve the look and outcome they desire, even if that involves a less invasive approach.
